  • Develop learning materials, tools and support materials to be used by the business
  • Ensure materials are developed in line with the Training Needs Analysis
  • Work closely with both business and functional teams to ensure the material created to meet the needs of the business
  • Deliver training as required via a range of methods, to include remote (via teams), classroom and 1-2-1 settings
  • Ensure all sessions are interactive as well as engaging for all attendee
  • Adhere to the Training Approach Documents
  • Offer support to delegates during the initial rollout phase
  • Update materials as required in line with changes identified by the Business Readiness Team
  • Experienced Training professional with multiple experiences training in large-scale ERP transformations
  • Dynamic and positive personality, able to quickly establish relationships and credibility both delegates and senior stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of ERP business processes, including Finance, Procurement and Projects
  • Previous experience with Oracle (on-premise or Cloud) is a definite advantage
  • Practical hands-on approach
