 The Defence, Aerospace and Engineering team at aap3 Recruitment has over 20 years experience working with key clients in the sector. Many of these organisations are leaders and pioneers supporting the UK armed forces on projects across the UK and overseas. Our main area of expertise is placing Technical and Engineering Professionals in contract and permanent positions but we also place Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Support Services candidates.

The team has accumulated significant knowledge of Security Clearance procedures and all processes required in placing contract resource on some of the most challenging projects available. The whole sector is undergoing change to Digital Solutions, AI, Cyber Security and Robotics and aap3 is ideally placed to work with Clients to embrace new technology.
