SuccessFactors Data Analyst (1-2 days on site per Month)

Role Summary

We have an exciting new contract opportunity as a SuccessFactors Data Analyst and can be performed from either Farnborough, Preston or Glascoed.

The role will be an initial 12-month contract and will provide you with the opportunity to be responsible for the initial build and setup of dashboards and reports in the SuccessFactors People Analytics tool for a major international defence company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design visually appealing dashboards and reports in SuccessFactors People Analytics tool.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SuccessFactors Reporting, particularly within Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation modules.
  • Utilise your expertise in data analysis and visualization tools to provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on HR data.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure data accuracy and report functionality.
  • Assist in the training and knowledge transfer to the HR Reporting Analytics team on how to utilise and maintain the created dashboards and reports.
  • Work closely with our HR, Reward and Talent stakeholders, and collaborate with the IT department to ensure successful implementation and utilisation of SuccessFactors reporting capabilities.

Key skills & qualifications

  • Proven experience and proficiency in SuccessFactors Reporting, including Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation modules.
  • SuccessFactors Expert Accreditation or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in building reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors or a similar HR platform.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ideally experience with SuccessFactors People Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage a broad range of stakeholders.

Experience sought:

  • Degree or HND/HNC in Electronics/IT/Telecommunication/related area/CISCO CCNA or above
  • 3+ years hands on relevant engineering experience
  • Good knowledge of Satellite Communications (RF/VSAT/GEO/LEO’s) and Mobile Environments (GSM/4G/5G)
  • Good knowledge of IP Networking, switches, routers, firewalls, WANS’/LANs etc. − Ability to absorb and quickly gain knowledge of client’s bespoke products and services.
  • Well motivated, positive individual experienced in taking responsibility, proactive, organized and can independently deliver results.
  • Excellent customer support skills and ability to interact with customers both on the phone and in meetings.
  • Able to diagnose complex faults, document, communicate and follow up corrective actions
  • Hold or able to achieve SC security clearance

UC Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and deploy core audio visual solutions utilizing application support, systems management, audio/video engineering, basic networking, servers, and converged infrastructures.
  • Work with internal company teams to identify AV room requirements and solutions that adhere to company.
  • Through close partnerships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners, develop and maintain AV solutions that continuously build on efficiencies and increase service offerings (new builds, scalability, reliability, etc.)
  • Awareness of the latest trends, hardware, and features in AV equipment
  • Supports equipment procurement, including specification development, budget conformance, and technical specification verification.
  • Promote AV system reliability and efficiency by implementing improved performance monitoring, maintenance, and break/fix support.
  • Advise team members and in some cases provide day-to-day task management.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of video systems.
  • Design and stage Video Conferencing solutions using AV system components such as Polycom, Creston, HD camera systems, control systems, microphones, speakers.
  • Review all requests for new videoconference systems to ensure the room and system are appropriate for customer requirements and to provide recommendations on positioning of components.
