We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager with a background in Royal Navy, Naval, MOD Maritime platforms. Permanent role based from their Surrey offices.
Hybrid working, Free parking, on-site gym. Competitive salary + bonus
Ex military/ MOD is an advantage.
Seeking a background in engineering/ project engineering activities.
3+ years project experience is sought.
Overview:
Working with a leading specialist in Satellite Communications you will support the Service & Delivery Lead in the delivery of communications projects for the Royal Navy, Military Maritime, Naval Projects.
Key experience sought:
- Experience of working in UK MOD, specifically on the planning, implementation and support of services on Royal Navy/MOD maritime platforms.
- Technical experience in terms of engineering or project engineer activities.
- Ex MOD or military would be advantageous.
- Must be able to demonstrate technical competency in all that they do with a right first time, every time attitude.
- At least 3 years hands on project/service management experience.
- A motivated, can-do individual who is experienced in taking responsibility, is proactive, organized and can independently deliver results on both departmental and business projects.
- Commercially aware with excellent presentation skills with ability to explain complex issues, products and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent customer support skills and ability to interact with customers both on the phone and in meetings.
- Ability to be able achieve DV security clearance
