Systems / Software Integration Engineer

Role Summary

We have an exciting new contract opportunity based in New Malden as a Systems / Software Integration Engineer.

The role will be an initial 12 month contract and will provide you with Shared Infrastructure (SI) Integration Team Member carrying out day-to-day hands on activities on the target system. To undertake a defined range of SI related.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans for undertaking complex system integration.

  • Assessment of software working practices.

  • Technical Reports and Specifications.

  • Engineering planning material.

  • Technical reviews of work undertaken.

  • Ability to operate in a large, complex multi-project environment.

  • Experience of Systems Integration activities.

  • fault finding and problem resolution .

  • Systems Engineering experience.

  • preferably with a strong software engineering background.

  • Experience with Integration and delivery of complex systems.

  • Able to follow string process and carry out tasks in a methodical way.

Key skills & qualifications

  • Integration Team Lead and CAM

  • Software Engineering Technical Authority

  • System Design Authority

  • Shared Infrastructure Chief Architect

  • Engineers and Detail Designers of same / other disciplines within the SI team and beyond

  • Project Management teams

What we’re looking for in you

Stakeholder management skills.

Days a week in the office: At least 4 (could be some flex at certain times/tasks).

Location: New Malden

Rate: £48.58 per hour
