SeniorCX Solutions Consultant: Contact Centre, Genesys, CRM, Voice & chat bots, Unifed communications

Our client are a global IT Services organisation with a contract opportunity for a Senior CX Solution Consultant for an initial 6 month period with good potential to extend.

Remote contract.

In this role you will work with the organisations clients on architecture and technical strategy for next generation Contact Centre Solutions and Customer eXperience journey.

Key skills and experience sought:

  • 10+ years experience in client facing technical solutions in the IT and CX industry
  • Proven track record in deliverying technical solutions at CxO level
  • Expert knowledge in Unified Communications, Contact Centre and CX Solutions
  • Expert knowledge of Genesys Could and product Suite
  • Hands on experience with integration of voice & chat bots and CRM tools such as SAP, Sales Force, MS Dynamics.
  • MS Teams enterprise voice (migration strategy, designs, voice policy, CAC, routing , federation, AD, Response Group, normalization rule, power shell scripts, mobile client, etc..)
  • Contact center organization and operation to be able to understand customer needs and translate them into a high level design
  • Data networking: solid knowledge of LAN, WAN technologies and associated QoS
  • Good understanding of the RPA,AI and Bot tools available in the market (Google, Amazon etc..)

Additional skills of interest:

  • Good understanding of Anywhere 365 (Attendant console, Recording, etc..)
  • Cisco Webex CC
  • Cisco IP telephony
  • Mind CTI
  • MS SharePoint & SQL
