IT Support Engineer
We have a new opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join a friendly team providing 2nd line IT support to the organization.
You will need around 2+ years experience in 2nd line support and good knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, networking and Azure ideally.
Once established the role will be hybrid working. Free parking available onsite.
Key skills and experience ideally sought:
- HND/ HNC/ MCSE or similar IT certification ideal
- 2+ years experience in a 2nd line line
- Windows 10/11
- O635
- Cisco networking, connectivity, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN
- Desktop troubleshooting and setup
- Azure experience ideal
- First class communication & interpersonal skills and enjoys supporting and working with end users.
