IT Service Desk Analyst
6 month initial contract for an IT Service Desk Analyst providing IT support to the organisations employees. Hybrid – 1 week in 4/5 onsite the rest remote. You must be commutable to their site in Leavesdon Watford
You will need 2 years proven experience in an IT Service desk role to be successful in this position combined with first-class customer service and interpersonal skills.
Role is likely to extend/ be ongoing.
Role is inside IR35
- 2+ years recent IT Service desk experience in a 1st line role
- Experience supporting sizeable end user environments
- Excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills essential in addition to support of the following:
- Windows 10 operating systems.
- Office 365/ O365
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
- iPhones and iPads.
- Active Directory services.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is intent on delivering solutions to its customers in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for service quality and customer focus.
