4 month initial contract opportunity for an experienced 1st line IT Service desk analyst, you will provide technical support to the organizations UK employees.

Hybrid working 1 week in office 1 week wfh
You must be based within an easily commutable distance of their Leavesden, Watford offices
Key requirements:
2+ years recent IT Service desk experience in a 1st line role, ServiceNow, Windows, AD, O365
Key requirements:
- 2+ years recent IT Service desk experience in a 1st line role
- Experience supporting sizeable end user environments
- Excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills essential in addition to support of the following:
- ServiceNow ideally or similar support logging software
- Windows
- Office 365/ O365
- Web applications
- PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
- iPhones and iPads.
- Active Directory services.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is intent on delivering solutions to its customers in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for service quality and customer focus.
