6 month initial contract for an IT Service Desk Analyst providing IT support to the organizations employees. Hybrid role you must be commutable to their site in Rickmansworth.

Role is inside IR35

Key requirements:

  • 2+ years recent IT Service desk experience in a 1st line role
  • Experience supporting sizeable end user environments
  • Excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills essential in addition to support of the following:
  • Windows 10 operating systems.
  • Office 365/ O365
  • Web applications
  • PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
  • iPhones and iPads.
  • Active Directory services.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is intent on delivering solutions to its customers in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for service quality and customer focus.
