Opportunity for a 1st lineIT Service Desk Analyst to join this global organisation based at their offices in the Southampton area.

Key experience sought:

  • 1+ years experience in an IT Service Desk role.
  • Proven experience with Windows operating systems
  • MS Office troubleshooting
  • AD administration
  • Office 365 administration/ O365
  • MS Exchange mailboxes & permissions
  • Laptop, desktop, printer, scanner support

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to respond to tickets, calls & emails in a busy IT helpdesk environment are key. Excellent opportunity with a good organisation.
