  • Lync billing and recharge
  • Analogue billing
  • Mobile billing
  • Mobile data accuracy management
  • Mobile reporting saving and cost avoidance
  • IP Service billing
  • Business IT service summary reports
  • Asset leavers – Hardware management
  • Manage the efficient reuse of company assets where appropriate (mobile devices, laptops)

Success Areas

  • All Incidents, Problems and Change Requests are handled efficiently and proactively
  • Supplier/Vendor engagement is met in a satisfactory manner
  • Fully contributing to a strongly motivated IT Service Delivery Team which is focused on delivering excellent customer service to the Skanska business
  • Meeting SMART performance objectives
  • Delivery against key KPI’s

Skills + Experience

  • AAT Level 3 desirable, Level 4
  • Advanced Excel
  • ITIL V3
  • Direct work experience in contract management or purchasing and procurement
  • Knowledge of contract, licensing and data privacy regulations/laws and best practices
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is intent on delivering solutions to its customers in a timely manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • PC literate and self sufficient in the Microsoft ‘Office’ suite of products.
  • A methodical approach to planning and completing work to strict deadlines
