Role Summary
We have an exciting new contract opportunity based in Bristol for a Help Desk Administrator.
This is a short-term contract with a view to be extended.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with raising and closing tasks on the CAFM system.
- Scheduling works on shared calendars.
- Raising orders on Oracle.
- Supporting Help Desk team with phone calls and emails.
- Liaising with Site Teams and Engineers.
Key skills & qualifications
- DBS Certificate.
- Administrative background.
- Experience using Oracle.
- Facilities Management experience is a bonus.
- CAFM experience desirable.

- Strong organisational skills who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Bristol
Rate: £14.57 per hour (inside IR35)
