Help Desk Administrator

Role Summary

We have an exciting new contract opportunity based in Bristol for a Help Desk Administrator.

This is a short-term contract with a view to be extended.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with raising and closing tasks on the CAFM system.
  • Scheduling works on shared calendars.
  • Raising orders on Oracle.
  • Supporting Help Desk team with phone calls and emails.
  • Liaising with Site Teams and Engineers.

Key skills & qualifications

  • DBS Certificate.
  • Administrative background.
  • Experience using Oracle.
  • Facilities Management experience is a bonus.
  • CAFM experience desirable.

Location: Bristol

Rate: £14.57 per hour (inside IR35)
