Health and Wellbeing Project Co-Ordinator

The Health and Wellbeing team are offering an exciting opportunity.
You will work within the Health and Wellbeing team, which sits within the wider SHE team. This varied role supports the project delivery of health and wellbeing projects and programmes; and provides some business admin support to the Health and Wellbeing team.

Scope and range of duties

  • Support a wide variety ongoing health and wellbeing related projects/programmes e.g. rollout of the Occupational Health IT System; co-ordinate the Mental Health First Aider Programme; deliver the annual flu voucher campaign
  • Scope new health & wellbeing projects, plan and coordinate the implementation; monitor progress on wellness initiatives
  • Scope, organise and facilitate health & wellbeing events
  • Analyse health data and trends, develop and present the data in a Health dashboard
  • Manage requests from the OH service provider
  • Be the point of contact between the HWB team and the communications function.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to manage business requirements and resolve issues and enquiries
  • Manage the financial workbook, reconcile and manage Occupational Health costs and recharges
  • Provide general business management, meeting and admin support
  • Create regular compilation of accurate reports and communications packs

What we are looking for in you:

  • Experience of working across multiple business and functional areas, and the ability to engage with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise differing demands and work to deadlines
  • Be able to produce accurate and good quality data packs, with sufficient attention to detail
  • Ability to generate insights from data, employee and stakeholder feedback and escalate issues of concern appropriately
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and manage multiple Outlook accounts
  • Strong organisational & planning skills
  • Adaptability & flexibility, ability to work in a changing environment
  • Problem solving skills, consulting with others as necessary
  • Adopt the concept of customer care and appropriately challenge any interaction that fails to deliver a quality service
  • Maintain high ethical standards both personally and professionally, showing integrity and empathy
  • Be able to work as part of a team and also work unsupervised/autonomously

Training and Experience

  • Project management/delivery experience, ideally in the field of health and wellbeing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of occupational health activities and procedures desirable
  • Financially aware and numerate
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Business admin acumen
  • Time management skills
