DevOps Engineer

3 month (extendable) initial contract opportunity seeking a degree educated DevOps Engineer experienced in customer facing delivery of Multi Cloud deliverables.

You should be experienced in delivering Cloud Infrastructure solutions, landing pages, scripts, networking, security & cloud best practise.

Terraform, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, Java, Kotlin, Pythin, .Net, Git, Bash, Scrum/ SAFe

Key experience sought:

• Experience with Terraform, Docker,
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests. Exposure to Test Driven Development and prevalent testing frameworks
• Executed at least 2 agile projects ideally on SCRUM or SAFe
• Proficiency with Git, bash scripting
• Ability to code in Java, Kotlin, Python or .NET
• Understanding / Exposure to Design thinking methodology
• Certified cloud developer with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Nice to Have: Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Function as a Service, AI / ML frameworks

Responsibilities will include:

• Design, establish and maintain the DevOps toolchain (Source Repository, Build tools, Deploy tools) for all artefacts related to the prototype
• Provision test environments on the cloud
• Code all custom-built components (front end, business layer, data layer)
• Define innovative mechanisms for configuration management and code management for third party COTS solutions
• Participate in Architecture review of the entire solution.
• Design and construction of our REST API
• Automated test cases for all functionalities
• Rapid prototyping
