Initial 3 month contract opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst.

Role is inside IR35

In this role you will provide 2nd line support to the organisations staff. Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues at the deskside at their offices in the Watford area, Leavesden.

First class communication and interpersonal skills sought with positive work ethic to be able to interact with end users effectively.

Experience supporting across ServiceNow, Windows, Azure AD, 0365, connectivity & peripherals.

Key skills and experience sought:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an IT service support environment with great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT troubleshooting and problem resolution with broad technical knowledge
