Exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the recruitment team at aap3, based in smart, modern central Southampton offices. We offer hybrid, flexible working for all of our employees. The successful candidate will provide administration support for the recruitment team.

Key responsibilities:

Working in support of Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants to provide the following administration services:

  • To ensure all required contractor documentation is acquired in accordance with company requirements
  • Follow up customer care calls to placed candidates
  • Inform Recruitment Consultants of upcoming candidate contract completions and potential renewals
  • Running regular monthly reports for the internal Finance team and our clients from our database
  • To operate as a trusted alternative point of contact for any candidate queries
  • To ensure candidates on billing are fully aware of the payment schedule and inform and encourage timely submission of timesheets/invoices
  • Follow-up with clients in order to secure necessary paperwork and authorisation for candidate start dates

Our office, close to Bedford Place is a 10 min walk from Southampton Central train station and is within walking distance of local cafes and amenities, including West Quay shopping centre. There is car parking immediately outside the office.
