1st Line technical Support Analyst
Opportunity for a 1st line Support Analyst required to provide support for a team of around 65 employees working at an office in Warrington. Ideally you will have 6-12 months IT support experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone to further their IT career in 1st line support.
1st line support analyst key experience sought:
- 6-12 months experience in an IT support role
- Have experience supporting Windows, AD, O365 ideally
- Experience supporting IP Telephony/ VOIP ideal
- Ideally drive and have own transport (car ideally)
In this 1st line support role you will support the companies employees with IT issues, swapping out hardware and devices when required and providing IT support in a timely fashion. Occasional travel to another office may be required to swap out equipment.
